The apartment was absolutely perfect for a couple like us. The location was not too far from the train station and had a convenient water bus station nearby. Paola, the owner, was incredibly friendly and even provided us with waterproof boots. She also recommended a fantastic restaurant. We were thrilled to find a TV with YouTube and Netflix, making our evenings super entertaining. The washing machine, which was also a dryer, was a huge bonus. everything was in great condition and we will definitely book this apartment again.

The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Despite a minor issue with the toilet, which was promptly fixed within minutes, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.

We had a great experience staying at a beautiful and well-decorated apartment in a quiet street just off the tourist roads. Riccardo, the host's brother, was extremely friendly and helpful, meeting us at the apartment and providing us with valuable tips about Venice. The location of the apartment was perfect - away from the crowds but still easily accessible to the center. We enjoyed a pleasant 30-minute walk to Rialto and San Marco areas, passing by charming cafes and restaurants along the way. The apartment itself felt cozy and like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. we were surprised by an additional cash cleaning fee upon arrival, which was later double charged on our credit card.

WiFi made me feel connected to the world , the balcony offered stunning garden views , and the location was conveniently close to Basilica San Marco and Basilica dei Frari.
